Jean Florea is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind a successful commercial electrical company. Recognizing the critical need for more diversity in the trades, Jean has dedicated her career to opening doors for women in this field. Her passion for equality and excellence has not only elevated her business but also made her a key figure in championing the inclusion of women in the trades. Through her leadership, Jean inspires change, empowers aspiring tradeswomen, and continuously works towards creating a more inclusive industry.
